Scope These Terms apply to the yourcut.net web service for cloud sharing, backup linkage, history viewing, device registration, and billing ("the Service"). Each browser extension has its own terms (e.g. /ext-apps/face-recognition-manager/terms).
Nature of the Service The Service is a paid option that backs up free-extension usage records to the user's Google Drive and enables multi-device history viewing on the web. It is not for monitoring, evidence, HR evaluation, or definitive authentication / legal evidence. Provided as-is with no warranty.
Relation to Free Extensions Extensions are generally free and without warranty. Registered devices may have a device_type so future history UIs can switch by extension type on the same platform. The current default is face-ext. Camera use and local data follow each extension's terms.
Accounts Google sign-in is required. Users are responsible for their accounts.
Plans and Trial A free trial may be offered when eligible (e.g. first device, 7 days). Example paid plans: about $1/device/month, or about $5/month for up to 10 devices (subject to change). Billing is via PayPal or similar. If you do not continue after trial, cloud features stop and server-side data may later be deleted.
Cancellation, Grace, Failed Payment You may cancel anytime. After cancellation or payment failure, cloud features may continue during a grace period, then stop; server-side data may later be deleted. Details follow on-screen notices.
Data Handling History and labels are generally backed up to the user's Google Drive; management is the shared-PC administrator's responsibility. Label-decryption encryption keys are not stored on Google Drive; they may be stored per device on the Service provider's servers. Backup payload transfer is performed by the extension or the user's browser (client-side) connecting directly to Google's services; the Service provider neither stores nor relays that payload. Reliability logs, device IDs, (when enabled) encryption keys, and Google/PayPal authentication and billing data may be stored on the provider's servers. See /privacy.
Prohibited Uses and Disclaimer Illegal use, infringement, abuse, monitoring/evidence/HR purposes, and false registration are prohibited. The provider is not liable beyond what the law requires for outages, data loss, or extension mis-estimates/non-operation.
Governing Law and Changes These Terms are governed by Japanese law (except where mandatory local law prevails). They may change without notice; important changes will be announced in the admin UI or by email.
